It helps in removing negative blocks from mind and toxin from body. It enhances personal power, and also increases selfawareness. It helps in attention and concentration especially for children. It reduces stress and anxiety to keep individual in relaxing mood and helps in controlling an individual mind, body and soul. It also results in increasing the flexibility of muscles strength and body toning.
The true essence of yoga is to elevate the energy. The participants feel rejuvenated and energized as yoga is best for every age group. The ultimate aim is to assure only to physical well-being.
